Shipping policy

Shipping:

All items are packaged and sent via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email with tracking information through USPS or UPS once the order has been packaged for shipment. Once in possession of USPS or UPS, Pinecone Trading Co. cannot control the timeline to which USPS or UPS successfully delivers the package. Occasionally, your package may not actively track due to it not receiving the initial shipment scan from USPS or UPS.

Typically, we ask that you allow up to 10 days for your order to be delivered. If your tracking shows your order was delivered, but is MIA, we kindly ask for you to open a claim with USPS or UPS, whichever is applicable. At this time, we are unable to refund packages that have been marked as delivered.

Please note: We ship Monday - Friday, and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.
