Shipping + Return Policy
All items are packaged and sent via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email with tracking information through USPS or UPS once the order has been packaged for shipment. Once in possession of USPS or UPS, Pinecone Trading Co. cannot control the timeline to which USPS or UPS successfully delivers the package. Occasionally, your package may not actively track due to it not receiving the initial shipment scan from USPS or UPS. Typically, we ask that you allow up to 10 days for your order to be delivered. If your tracking shows your order was delivered, but is MIA, we kindly ask for you to open a claim with USPS or UPS, whichever is applicable. At this time, we are unable to refund packages that have been marked as delivered.
While we are a small business, it is of the utmost importance that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 10 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include seasonal merchandise, beauty items (such as bath bombs, and gua shas), and pantry items such as baking mixes + caramel. We do expect that returned merchandise is in its original condition and packaging. Note: We may ask for pictures of the item to confirm its condition before approving the return.
Please reach out to us at email@example.com in order to begin your return. We will send you a return shipping label, and then simply place your package in the mail! You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.
Defective or Damaged Items
As we said earlier, your satisfaction is of the most importance. Although we do some intense quality checks before the merchandise leaves our warehouse, we understand that accidents happen. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can look into replacing it for you. If we are out of stock of the item, we will work with you directly in order to right our wrong. And no worries here - shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement.

Exchanges can only be made for different sizes of select apparel items, such as our Land of Pines T-Shirts and Onesies.
In order to process an exchange, email us at email@example.com. A member of our team will direct you with next steps!
For all other exchanges, simply process your return under our standard returns process for a refund + shipping label, and place a new order for the item you'd like in exchange.
